Who we are
WaveSeek is a product-research application operated by Virona ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using WaveSeek, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: support@waveseek.dev.
What WaveSeek does
WaveSeek surfaces topic trends, user complaints, competitive context, and AI-assisted product ideas drawn from public conversations and our own synthesis. It is a research and inspiration tool. It is not business, financial, investment, or legal advice.
Estimates, AI output, and synthesized data
Scores, trends, pain points, competitor profiles, and generated ideas are estimates synthesized from available signals — including AI-generated and deterministic synthetic content, which WaveSeek labels where practical (for example the SYNTHESIZED tag). They may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. We make no promise that any idea, score, or opportunity will be accurate or profitable, and decisions you make based on WaveSeek are your own responsibility.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or break the law.
Plans, limits, and billing
Free, Plus, and Pro plans differ in features and monthly AI-generation limits, as described in the app. Prices and plan features may change. While billing is not yet live, paid-plan features may be provided on a demonstration basis and may change or be withdrawn without notice. When paid billing launches, web subscriptions are processed by our payment processor and mobile subscriptions through the applicable app store; the additional billing, renewal, and cancellation terms shown at checkout (or in your app-store account) will apply.
Notifications
If you opt into trend alerts on iOS, WaveSeek sends push notifications about topics you track through a mobile push-notification service. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings or in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, resell our data, reverse-engineer non-public APIs, evade rate or plan limits, or use WaveSeek to violate any law or third-party right.
Intellectual property
WaveSeek's software, design, and branding belong to Virona. Ideas generated for you in the AI Builder are yours to use; we claim no ownership over what you build. Third-party product names that appear in WaveSeek belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
Disclaimers and liability
WaveSeek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using WaveSeek at any time and request account deletion by email.
